Polished shoes, black trousers, shirt, tie and v-neck jumper So it seems it is not essential for STW.

I am surprised that some consider NOT wearing a suit. I have never, ever, been to a job interview and not worn a suit (have got every job I have been for). I just cannot see how it could go against you, yet it will always paint you in a good light.
