swt guards customer servive assesment thats replaced rollplay?

Hi
Does anybody know the test im talking about? The one where you have different customer service scenarios and you gotta put the answers in order from 1-4 of what you'd do. Its like a personality test.
I'm pretty sute they use this test in whole of uk for railway assesements now. Like standard thing.
What I wanted to use was does anybody know who suplies this test? Where does swt get the question book from? Long shot I know.
Please do not send me to shl, that website is abit rubbish.

I have no idea who the test is from, but I had to sit that when I did my commercial guards assesments in December last year.
