Its 4 days a week with 3 days off a week, as it is now we work a 4.4 day average so the actual working work can be from 3 to 5 days depending on the roster, either way over the course of the current roster it is a 4.4 average.

The number of AL days is also being reduced in line with the reduction in the working week.

I have seen a preliminary copy of the roster and it is flippin awful with the days off being split up. I am really looking forward to the new roster, not!

So SWT work differently? I always assumed all TOCs ran roughly the same sort of Roster / RD patterns. Ours are fairly simple to follow thankfully.

All TOCs rosters (and conditions) are different hence the problems harmonising depots when different TOCs get amalgamated at franchise change-over time.

^ exactly, as with GA, the former GE side has a 35hr week with 2 weeks off every 8, whereas the WAGN side have a 4 day week instead.

Is it better for weekends now?
How many Saturdays and Sundays do you work on the new roster?
Is this the same for all depots?
