SWT Depot Driver versus Shunter

SWT are advertising Depot driver and Shunter positions at Wimbledon, anyone know if these are trainee positions and what are the main differences between shunters/depot drivers?

A shunter can fuel, pull points, control movements via handsignals, control propelling movements by handsignals or radio to driver, toilet tank, dispatch trains from depots, deal with arrivals on depot, manual uncouple and any other ground duties. Sometimes include prepping.
A Depot Driver can do all the above but also Drive trains on depots as well.

Shunting sounds quite demanding when things don't go to plan and you have to quickly work out where trains are needed and alter your plans.. all about where the pieces go how it seems to me anyway

Don't forget my description of the two roles is generic, rather than specific to SWT
I think I heard once that unlike most TOCs, SWT Depot Drivers do not have Shunters competency- they only drive and prep while the Shunters do everything else. Not sure if thats for definite but that seems strange to me as nearly all other TOCs have Depot Drivers doing Shunters duties as well, rather than having dedicated Shunters. This is to increase productivity.
