Has anyone applied for this?

What is the application process?
Do you have to do online tests or go to an assessment centre?

Not specific to the Customer Ambassador role, but the recruitment process for SWT typically goes as follows;

Application form > Online assessment (aptitude test) > Assessment centre for a further assessment and interview > Conditional Job Offer > Medical > Start Date
