SWT 159 hybrid

Hi all,

This morning I saw a 159 working the 2E17 Warminster to Great Malvern Service, It was the usual 3 coach service, but it was formed of 159/0 on the front of departure from Bristol T.M and 159/1 on the rear, does anybody know why this is?

Could have a couple of vehicles out of action so a mixed unit has been made. It'll only be temporary

You need to get the individual coach numbers off the side to see which coach is missing/ added.
