Noticed single unit 158880 arriving and leaving Exeter Central on Saturday with the 1530 Waterloo service...

Does anyone know why this happend?

Did it continue to Waterloo as a single unit from Salisbury?

Has this happened a lot recently?

A 159 was unavailable so a 158 was sent to cover its diagram. It coupled up to another 159 from Bristol as booked.
