SWR Smartcard expansion

SWR have announced expansions to their smartcard offering.

"Travel with our new pay as you go product - Tap2Go (arriving late 2019)
We will also be expanding the range of smart tickets we offer including the ability to buy and collect a smart ticket within London travel zones eg Surbiton to London Waterloo. The smart scheme will be expanded to cover the entire SWR network towards the end of 2018."
