SWR Qualified Driver Interview

Hi. Have been offered an interview with SWR as a qualified driver. Has anyone got any tips on what to expect or possibly what questions are likely to be asked? I am already a driver with a different TOC. Thanks in advance.

Research the TOC, routes, traction, any awards. Also be prepared for them to throw some rules questions at you. Other than that focus on safety, communication and customer service. Good luck! (I don’t work for them).

Did you wait for a vacancy for qualified driver to pop up online? Or enquire to SWR direct?
Which depot are you doing for?
