Do classes 444 & 450 ever run as 13, 14, or 15 carriage formations?

No...10 coaches is the maximum for 444s and 12 for 450s. A 9 car 444+450 combination is also permitted.

No, neither platform lengths nor the trains' management systems allow more than 10 or 12
