SWR - Auto Delay Repay Issues

Does ADR work for anyone? Ever since it has been rolled out, it hasn't ever worked for me.

I raised it with Customer services and was later told there was a fault which was fixed a couple of weeks later (though there was nothing on the website notifying people of it).

...and now still nothing post the delays on Wednesday.

Would be good to hear from others on this topic...

It has never worked for me. I usually leave it for a week before submitting a manual claim.

Delay repay claims used to take weeks they are now authorised within 48 hours.

Worked for me, but I usually make a claim myself so have limited experience of it being automatic.
