I was planning to go to the ideal home show And The theatre at the end of March so booked an advance ticket for Eastleigh to London and back. I paid mainly with vouchers from delay repay and the odd extra couple of pounds by card that was in February. When it became clear that wouldn’t happen I asked at the ticket office and they said they could change but not refund so I moved it to the end of May. When that was also obviously not going to happen and after a bit of deliberation I applied for a refund using the new form.

I've just had an email saying to call them During office hours and give card details for the refund. It isn’t a number I recognise or one that is found on google! The email did have the same reference as the auto Email initially, my surname and appears to come from a legitimate source.

I’d rather not phone a random number And give my card. Can I either ask for vouchers or phone a number I trust?

Any advise gratefully received.
