Does anyone know if West of England line services have power points in standard?

I do feel it's another missed opportunity from SWR, as their sister units in Great Western are receiving plug sockets as part of their refurbishment. However, having said that I am glad that the 158/159 refurbishment is not being led by the team from GWR - the seat pitching on the green units is frankly ridiculously narrower than they should be!
