I see that the main IC tracks are not affected. Much less disruption than in Luzern.

What would we get in England, Netherlands or other country in Europe?

Often get handed out bottles of water for delays in the few warm days we get i the UK - a very awkward relay room fire at Kentish Town - in BR days - leading to a 40% service under a hand signalling regime (very well done to be fair) - saw single tier boxes of a (famous) British chocolate handed out - Milk Tray brand. Was well received to be fair

Yes, Cadbury's Milk Tray is famous, but not sure who owns the Cadbury brand today (I like Rowntree's Black Magic, but they are Nestlé).

Water is always good and avoids too much sugar.

Yes seems to be the case. All that's closed now is the RE between Bern and Biel/Bienne between Bern and Zollikofen. (And you can get round that using the RBS Meter gauge line to Zollikofen where the RE restarts)

The RE is closed till 12:00 tomorrow. Much better than Luzern.
