Yes (with the exception of a very small number of mountain lines).
The offer is available until 19 February (unless the quota is reached earlier).

You have to stamp the tickets at validation machines at stations if they are not dated.

It certainly isn't a lot! It's a rover ticket for a whole country, valid on trains, trams, buses, lake steamers, even a few cable cars and mountain railway sections! It is the equivalent of being able to go from London to Thurso and back or up and down the ECML London - Newcastle and back twice in one day for 50 quid!

This is almost a non-story given that the Saver Day Pass, as it is usually known, can be bought from SBB by anyone at any time, and if booked early - some days the fare price is just as cheap as this 'offer' price.

The Saver Day Pass used to be a perk for holders of annual Swiss Half Fard Card (I have had one of these for many years due to the frequency of trips to Switzerland), but some years ago SBB opened them up for purchase by anyone.

Surely the whole point is that this ticket does not need to be booked in advance? The Saver Day Pass needs to be bought at least one day in advance. The price for tomorrow is CHF 119. The earliest available date for the lowest price of CHF 52 is 28 February.

Stick it in the slot on either an orange validation machine on a platform, or on most ticket machines. You can see in the original link that the shape is roughly rectangular with a corner cut off, so it'll only fit in the slot the right way round, and then the machine prints the current date and time in the empty box (where it says SPECIMEN on the image).

49 CHF, currently near equal in value to the €, is in fact lower as a DAYonly ticket for TRain ONLY in NL. And Swiss is a lot more expensive in general as NL.
But NL/NS also has far cheaper subscription, I pay as senior around 24€ now for free travel by train any weekend +hols for 1 month.
