Swansea Station approach work

There seems to be work going on the approach to Swansea (High Street) Railway Station, on what I think would have been the track that continued down towards the docks. Does anyone know what's happening, just routine repairs (or panicked after that viaduct fell apart in London!), or removal, or perhaps reinstatement?

They could be repairing the wall as there's talk of platform 4 being reinstated back to its full length
