Swansea - anything to bash/do for a few hours?

Hi all

Me and a mate of mine are planning to book some advances down the Heart of Wales line arriving at 1304 and want to take a service back north at 1755 on the Marches (advances are cheapest this way)

Is there anything we can do/any track we can bash in the that few hours? We can also get the same train going back but from Cardiff at 1850...

Any suggestions are welcome.

Take a trip to Llanelli, see the new platform at Gowerton, and the new Loughor bridge on the way, visit the excellent and cheap Willow Café near Llanelli station for some lunch, then catch the 1442 to Cardiff via the Swansea District Line.

Alternatively, get a Swansea Plusbus and take a bus tip out to Rhossili on the Gower peninsula for some great views and lovely scenery.
