I am going to start a new job in Chancery Lane (zone 1). I was wondering whether there is any cheap option (e.g. split season ticket) to travel from Swanley to Chancery Lane.

Aso, I would be very grateful if someone can mention the name of any road/street nearby Lewisham/Lee/New Cross train station, where street parking is free and out of CPZ.

Swanley is on Thameslink so could you not just go to City Thameslink and walk? That is valid with a standard London terminals ticket I believe.

The cheapest (but slowest) way would probably be to get a Sidcup-London Zones 1-5 travelcard, which you could also use on the bus from Swanley to Sidcup. That's £215.90 a month. Next cheapest, but substantially quicker option probably a Swanley to London Terminals season ticket, which you could use to City Thameslink , which is £244.70 a month.

As others have suggested, a non-travelcard London Terminals ticket, and walking from City Thameslink would be the best bet. The walk is not that far from the northern Holborn Viaduct exit of CTK

WalkIt suggests just under half a mile from the northern exit of City Thameslink to the northern end of Chancery Lane itself.
