Swanage Belle thurs 13 june

Can someone clarify what is happening with motive power on this train. UK steam info website implies 34046 will work London - Swanage then 34067 Southampton - London

On the tour operator's website it contradicts itself by stating in the timetable Swanage depart 1555, while in the text 1715, but states that the return journey will be entirely steam worked

Time scheduled through Brockenhurst also appreciated

I doubt 34067 will be on this as she failed on The Easterling.

Im not sure whats wrong with Tangmere as I've heard 2 different stories - one she had Valve Gear problems and i've also heard her middle cylinder 'failed'..

I saw that too, but neither the two sites I mentioned make the situation clear. The RYTC site has not been altered, while UK steam info shows 34067 London - Swanage deleted, return Southampton - London shown without any locomotive specified

and just to really muddle things up, i did'nt think 34046 was mainline ready yet either?

information now to hand. 34046 removed from listing, if 34047 unavaliable will be 44932. Steam hauled London - Swanage, then diesel back to Southampton with steam loco on rear where train will reverse

As has been posted elsewhere 44932 was used with diesel to rear which became the lead engine Swanage - Southampton.

Next local Devonian 4th July Poole - Exeter - Bristol - Salisbury to Poole 34046 shown, will it be ready on time?
