You're not wrong there! Clagging its guts out seemed to be its mission statement! My jaw went RA to the floor and stayed there until Bewdley!
Managed to produce for this gala today, obviously, after feeling better (not 100% but good enough to get out) and being offered a lift to/from Bewdley.
£18 later after just missing the 20s (

) I was on D444. Absolute beast, although 37906 after it on a leap back to Bewdley was just insane. 47580 on my next leap to Arley (only did short leaps due to only being able to spend a couple of hours there) shocked and surprised me pleasantly, only my 13th 47 to date at that. 50035 back was several times better than D444, another case of jaw meeting the floor. Being in the front coach for those moves was quite a surprise too.
Back then on the DMU to Arley and finally noted what vehicle I travelled in (didn't last time to my regret), intercepted D821 this time. I was extremely glad I did, my first Warship for haulage (only one I've ever seen too) and what an experience! Forgotten how good Maybach music is, I was extremely impressed and once again the jaw met the floor.
After that, my Mum was getting ill (I think she must have gotten my cold/cough off me, not the intention I hasten to add!) so we headed for home. Only 2 hours of bashing but 5 new lines in the book and some unforgettable memories. Wish I could have stayed longer but c'est la vie.
Well done to all involved!
