Survey on public transport cleanliness

I am currently working on a project investigating the link between cleanliness and waste management on public transport, and passenger satisfaction, and as part of this project I have designed a short survey linked below. The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete, and I would be really grateful for anybody who could complete one for me, whether you are rail staff or not.

Ive done it for you and short and sweet it was. But bear in mind I am in London and get trains very early so that is going to reflect in the positive outcome I have provided.
