Super off peak?

I think i already know that it is but just to double check but if i travelled from plymouth to London Paddington to 23:50 due to arrive at just gone 5 then that would be considered super off peak wouldn't it?
Is there a rule of thumb to use to work out what fares are peak? Off peak and super off peak?

If you are using a Plymouth to London Super Off Peak Return then your ticket is valid for travel on that service.
