Super off peak validity to South Wales.

Occasionally, I have to pick something up in Swindon on my way back to South Wales. Is it possible to get the 19.00 from Paddington to Bristol, get my letter and get on the 19.15 from Paddington, with a Super Off Peak ticket to Newport?
The ticket wouldn't normally be valid to Swindon on that train, but as my journey is to Newport.

The restriction is based on the time leaving Paddington rather than the destination. So the ticket isn't valid on the 19.00 according to the material at www.brfares.com
