With a super off peak on the above from stoke to Euston, if one has already travelled stoke to Stafford at super off peak time, broken journey there, is one allowed to board the 1932 from Stafford to Euston? Even though if one had done it not breaking journey, one would have left stoke on the 1857 which isnt allowed.

By the restriction line no. But the "connecting service" line might enable it, it depends on how that would be interpreted in the context of break of journey. (edited)

Not valid for travel on trains timed to arrive London Terminals before 13:00.

Not valid for travel on northbound services timed to depart any station before 10:30.

Not valid for travel on services timed to depart the origin station on the ticket after 15:59 and before 19:01 in either direction.

A connecting service can be used to complete a journey begun at a valid time.

However because it isn't possible to implement restrictions based on where a train departed from before you boarded it, you can probably get an itinerary doing that. If you do and purchase the ticket for that itinerary it is contractually valid, though don't be surprised if you get a bit of hassle if RPIs board.

But these fares do not permit break of journey on the outward, so you can only do this on the return.

Overall I'd suggest getting an itinerary to do what you intend when you buy the ticket. This is the lowest chance of hassle.

Yes, definitely obtain an itinerary with the enforced change at Stafford.
