Sunderland Central

There seem to be problems with Sunderland Central Station again. The recently installed false ceiling seems to have been largely removed, at the north end it looks like comcreate has been removed from the supports above the tracks and there are deposits of some salt like substance appearing on the walls.

Anyone know what is happening?
