Stuck in Stoke 16/02

Hi help needed please.
Currently at Stoke trying to get to Sandwell & Dudley. I am supposed to be on Coventry bound train (WMR) but next 2 cancelled due to flooding. My ticket is advance Specified Trains & WMR/LNR connections. Just spoke to info chap and apparently no lifting of restrictions. There is a 12:06 to Wolverhampton but that's XC so not covered on ticket. What should I do?

Update - ticket restrictions now lifted so at least no fines/penalty fares/whatever they're called. 4 mins to Change at Wolverhampton so fingers crossed!

Remember to claim delay repay if you arrive at your final destination station 15 or more minutes late (compared to the time you should have arrived).
