Hi all,
On Friday 14 April I was travelling from Derby to Manchester, caught the 10.25 to Sheffield arrived on time all going well but then the 11.11 from Sheffield to Manchester turned up 24 minutes late, totally rammed because the 11.40 to Liverpool was late but it's ok I've traveled enough by train to know things can go wrong and trains get delayed however we then get to Stockport where we are informed that due to signal failure we are going to be delayed but obviously he doesn't know how long for, airport passengers are advised to get taxis,so rather than sit there my wife and I jumped off and caught the 192 bus into Piccadilly,it cost us £3.40 each.
My question is is it worth complaining to tpe about the extra bus fare even though they are not responsible for the broken signal or shoul I just chalk it up to expieience?
Thanks
