Hello, probably a silly question but I am a nervous traveller and am travelling from Ipswich station to Stratford station next week then am having to get the London underground. I would just like to know where I can purchase a All day tube ticket from Stratford Station?

You should be able to buy a paper Day Travelcard from all ticket machines in Stratford, or from the ticket offices, which are located in the northern ticket hall, or just outside the southern one.

There location is described on this National Rail page, there is also a map at the bottom of the page.

There is a Elizabeth Line ticket office outside the Southern Entrance and another located within the Northern Ticket Hall area.
