Yep, thats what I'd suspect, they need to gain 10 inches in hight and stick out a tad further so that 395s can call. If I'm thinking right normal service units will run on the outer platforms and the javalins on the inner platforms, as to be able to turn round without crossing the flow of traffc...?
I didn't think there would be a normal high speed service during the Olympics?
I have the figures somewhere at work, but there will still be services to Ashford and Faversham, but 395s will not be running over the classic lines.
Services will run through the night at (I think) 30min intervals between St Pancras and Ebbsfleet.

Sorry, got myself confused! What I should have said was that they wouldn't be going beyond FAV and AFK on classic lines i.e. Margate, Dover, etc. However, this is still all subject to further testing and modellingAre you sure they are running to Faversham if they are not running over 'classic' lines?
