After some help with some 'strange' LNER moves, operated by RAIL ADVENTURE.

Today an Azuma worked from Lincoln to Newcastle, and I also saw a picture of a set working Heaton to Craigentinny on Facebook (now can't find picture).

I've included link below to RTT for the Lincoln to Newcastle move.

Does anyone know what these moves are for? And why Rail adventure are operating them?

All the moves operate using a 5Q head or which usually means testing etc

As far as I've seen on facebook this is for ETCS testing

All I can really say on here is they're all related to that - either directly or as moves to get between the locations required.
