Need a bit of advice really.

Planning a trip on Tuesday doing the following journeys

0930ish Stourbridge Town to Worcester changin at Stourbridge Junction
1400ish Worcester to Cradley Heath
1510ish 24 bus Cradley to Merry Hill (diamond)
1520 bus home (diamond)
1715 bus from home to Kingswinford (diamond/nxwm)

Normally I'd buy a stourbridge town to Worcester return and head back to stourbridge but I've gotta do a few bits at the Cradley end.

Now I know that the bus fares are £1.50 each (or £1.30 using my swift card) - apart from the last one which is £2.40/2.10 but as I'm starting off at one TfWM station and returning to a different one, I'm not sure if there is any alternative tickets I could use instead of a return to Worcester plus a stourbridge to Cradley single).

I know I remember seeing references to a Daytripper plus product but that was ages ago and I'm not sure if it would be worth it or not

Many thanks in advance.

There's an off peak Daytripper for £6.50 (with Swift) covering bus, tram and train in the West Midlands, but I don't know whether you can get an add-on for Worcester. However my first thought was - as you're travelling out of county - that I'd look at adding Stourbridge & Lye plusbus to your rail ticket. I think it covers the whole West Midlands as well as Stourbridge area, so you should be able do all the bus journeys on the plusbus ticket (£3.40 or less with a railcard), though that's just off the top of my head, so please check the actual area it covers!

You could buy an Off peak Day return from Cradley Heath to Worcester (starting short), and a single from Stourbridge Town to Junction, totalling £9.40 - a saving of a whopping 40p. A further saving can be made by getting a Cradley Heath PlusBus ticket for £3.40 which will cover all 3 of your bus journeys.

That's brilliant :)
