I'm currently holidaying in Salou but a piece of baggage was stolen from our party that contained many things including our train tickets from NCL to HPL once we are back home.

I know we can get a replacement Two Together Railcard free of charge with a crime reference number, I was wondering if there is anything that can cover our train tickets too or we going to have to bite the bullet and buy new ones?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Insurance is your only bet, tickets should be treated as cash and are not replaceable.

Condition 4.5 said:
If you lose or mislay a Ticket or it is stolen, it will only be replaced or (subject to the specific conditions associated with the Ticket) refunded provided that the original Ticket can be cancelled. In such cases you should apply to the Train Company or Licenced Retailer from where it was purchased.
I suspect you may be out of luck with your tickets from Newcastle but there's no harm in contacting the point of purchase, providing you have a crime number.
