Could anyone advise me if there is much freight or 66's around Stirling between 1200 & 1430 on a normal Monday?

You may be lucky with :
4A13 Grangemouth - Aberdeen should pass through before 13:00
4C07 Longannet - Ravenstruther (Freightliner) should pass through after 14:00

Between 12:00 and 14:30, I reckon you will see just two freights

Slightly before 12:00 is a EWS train to Longannet
Slightly later just before 15:00 is a EWS train to Longannet

According to my mate with the magic box today you'd have had booked

1245 - Hunterston to Longannet
1315 - Grangemouth to Aberdeen
1330 to 1355 Inverness to Coatbridge
1415 - Longannet to Hunterston (amended to Ravenstruther today)*
1448 - Hunterston to Longannet

* I very very much doubt this is a freightliner as railbritain has claimed

It's potentially run by Freightliner (HeavyHaul)- pretty sure I've seen green locos and wagons on Longannet coal trains as well as maroon ones, not that I've paid much attention.

If it's to/from Ravenstruther, it's Freightliner Heavy Haul. The train in question would have been 4C07 with 66598 today.
