The 21 I hadn't thought of as being in the network, as it takes a fairly direct route, in contrast with the 22.

Details of the new tenders have been announced by NYCC and the 181 is going over to Coastliner from Feb 19th. They've also lost the 159R (Reliance) and 094S (York Pullman). See https://www.northyorks.gov.uk/bus-service-changes-and-news for the full list.
