There was a short item on BBC 1 Local London TV News about, what I think may have been the RTC summer steam train service to Weymouth from London. I did see some people in the bulletin that I know.

Rather surprised there are only 5 this year and lower occupancy, the chef quoting 90 vice 150. I'm pretty sure last year they were weekly thought July and August.

Some of this must be related to the wcrc suspension earlier this year and repuational damage. Hopefully next year will pick up.

Shame the footage didn't show Poole harbour rather than Southampton docks :)
