Steam Tours And Freight Through Haywards Heath?

can anyone please tell me of any steam tours or freight workings that pass through Haywards Heath station? I Have recently taken an interest in freight workings especcially some of the older loco's but I don't mind the modern scene, before I wasn't too keen but have decided to expand my range of photography. It is by chance if I happen to hear of any steam tours passing through and I missed one recently as well as on a few other occassions. Any help on any freight or steam passing through soon would be very helpful.

Do the aggregates trains still run round at Haywards Heath?

Yes, from Ardingly. I know one runs on 1 Thursday every 2 weeks, noticed it as i get a London train every Thursday. Unsure if the aggregate from Purley and the ones from Three Bridges/Crawley run through HHE or not.

The Ardingly is the only booked freight now, booked to run Tues/Wed/Thurs although often cancelled.

Today it is 6O47: 0257 Acton to Ardingly due HHE 0438 - 0459. The return working today is 6Y60: 0925 Ardingly to Hither Green due HHE 0934-0954.

There is a steam charter Lewes to Cambridge and Ely on 14/7/11 due to leave Lewes approx 0930.

Bit late I know................It ran today 59001 was the loco I passed it at Haywards Heath at 0950 this morning.
