Steam engine on M6 today

My son tells me that a somewhat dilapidated steam engine was being transported along the M6 today. Anyone know anything about it please?

At least he could overtake it on the M6. A couple of years ago I had to follow 62005 on the back of a low-loader for miles of narrow Scottish roads.
