Steam Dreams - Pullman Dining

Hi all,

I've taken a plunge and booked myself and two others a Pullman Dining day trip with Steam Dreams Rail Co.

I was wondering if anybody has done Pullman Dining with them and would care to share their experiences - the good or the bad?

It has cost me well over a grand so I'm very much hoping it's worth it(!) Their TripAdvisor reviews seem positive.

I’m not sure how relevant this is, but I did the dining with them before it was LSL operated and it was truly grim at that time- the evening meal was the driest chicken ever and served with potatos full of eyes. However, now it’s LSL I’m confident it will be much better; they are a professional organisation and their rolling stock is usually immaculate.

It was quite a few years now, definitely pre-covid. At that time the catering was contracted-out, although LSL usually do everything in-house so you’re probably in good hands
