Does anyone know why 165003 has been stuck in Aylesbury Maintenance Depot for almost a year now , the last time I can see it being in passenger service was this time last year, since then it's been to Wembley LMD in November and then back up in Aylesbury ever since.

Is this unit being used as a parts donor for other 165's , Will it see passenger service again ?

Any information on this would be Greatly appreciated as it is one of the last Chiltern 165's I need to tick off.

I believe it's a parts donor, replacing 165025 which did the job for a few years, the MSO of 165034 is currently doing the same.

Definitely didn't move to Wembley and back in November though, hasn't turned a wheel since April last year, unless I completely missed it!
