Curious to know whether there are many stations (with examples) which (for example) have three departures per hour all serving at least one common potential alighting station but which leave at, say, xx00; xx04 and xx11 past each hour?

Sunday service from Redhill to Reigate today has departures at xx28, xx43, xx49.

Arrivals from the Croydon direction are at xx00, xx04, xx30, xx42 and xx47, the xx42 arrival being the xx49 departure to Reigate.

Not quite as bunched as the OP's example but not exactly coordinated either.

Elsewhere, Cambridge to Ely today xx50, xx00, xx04, for Norwich, Peterborough and Kings Lynn. Similarly Ely to Cambridge at xx53, xx57 and xx03

Manchester to Stoke fast services are generally at xx15, xx27 and xx35. 3tph but the possibility of a 40 minute wait.

Preston to Lancaster services are at xx41, xx45 and xx53 and xx05. 4tph but the possibility of a 36 minute wait.

Sheffield to Doncaster fasts are at xx57 and xx11. 2tph but the possibility of a 46 minute wait.

Hull to Leeds is xx08 and xx15. 2tph but the possibility of a 53 minute wait.

Milton Keynes to London (semi)fasts are xx47, xx55, xx59, xx15. 4tph but the possibility of a 32 minute wait.

Whitton is xx:20/23 and xx:50/53 to London. So technically 4tph but in reality it’s half hourly. The Windsor and Hounslow services heading from London arrive at xx:20/25 and xx:50/55. So five minutes with four arrivals then nothing for 25 minutes. It makes sense, it’s due to the fast catching up the slow/junction pathing etc.

You get a lot of examples at stations with fast train / slow train mix.

Grantham Southbound isn’t the best.

Often 11 minutes between the ex Lincoln / York and the ex Leeds. Often down to 5 mins by Stevenage and London.

The same happens going north as York - Edinburgh tends to be heavily group together.

I guess the freight needs their paths

I do hate the fact the Lincoln to London trains run 5 mins ahead of the Grimsby- Leicester trains making a nearly 2 hour connection between them…

Although only 2 services St Denys towards Southampton xx30 and xx31 is the winner in this regular discussion about poorly timed services.

Fareham towards Southampton has 3 fast services in about 16 mins, SN/GW/SN, followed closely by the SWR all shacks, then about a 35 min gap.

Crewe to Birmingham New Street has departures at xx:5x (LNR), xx:01 (Avanti), then a 50 min gap. Ridiculous considering it's a connection between two rather important interchanges.

There's the slow option - the LNR stopper via Stoke-on-Trent - but as that usually leaves within 2 minutes of the faster LNR, it's a bit pointless for getting to Birmingham.

New timetable last month, so things may have changed on some lines since February/March.

Shared between two operators - Bedhampton towards Portsmouth sees its only two trains an hour that call at xx31 and xx36, five minutes apart. The xx31 being the SWR stopper from London and the xx36 being the Southern stopper from Littlehampton.

Thankfully, Havant isn't too far a walk away.

Nationally, not terrible but SWR have cut Guildford down to 3 trains an hour with a 30 minute gap onto a stopper permanently "because of covid and waterloo capacity" which is an absolute joke as one of the largest cities on its network
