York, Newcastle, Hartlepool, Carnforth. Does King's Cross count with the Parcel Yard? Gathurst.

Preston has a bar on p3/4. Certainly not a pub in the traditional sense but it does serve alcohol.

Wetherspoons at Leeds, Victoria, Liverpool St and Aberystwyth that I can call to mind at the moment.

Aberdeen and Glasgow Queen St both have bars/pubs within the station buildings (but the other side of the barrier from the trains).

Aviemore has a pub (more a restaurant, perhaps) with a back door on to the platform (which has no barriers).

Lime Street in Liverpool has 2 pubs on the station premises which you can access platforms 8 & 9 from without ticket checks. You can probably access platform 7 as well but Virgin pretty much have it boxed off. To be honest they aren't the best pubs. One is cheap ish and not very good and the other is very expensive and not very good. The staff are lovely though.

Wickford still has an old BRSA Railway Club on the up platform if that counts?

God I remember making a Top of the Pops there in the 80's lights, cables all over platform no health and safety muppets (thank god) and a special train arriving all on a station and platform open to the public. No chance of it happening now.

The York Tap is a cracking pub, perfect for the London trains! It works as York doesn't have ticket barriers; if it did I presume it would have to decide whether to open on the platform side, or outside.
