On the 9th Febuary 2019 I am thinking of making a visit to clear a few trains for company's I have not seen much of. The place must be no further than 2/3 hours away from eastleigh or havant and needs to be served by at least 1 of the following company's. Freight, Greater Anglia, Chiltern Railways, Northern, SouthEastern, Tfw (Transport For Wales), CrossCountry Local And LNER. Thanks For Anybody Who can help. I'm thinking Of leaving Eastleigh or Havant at 0715 to 0730 and back by 1700 at the latest. Thanks again!!! (MUST be reachable by train)

How long does it take to get to London from Havant?
Could you not get a Travelcard, and visit multiple stations in London?
That gets you Freight, South Eastern, Greater Anglia and Chiltern.

And LNER, but check that a reasonable service is operating.

For completeness: for TfW (other than 158s) Cardiff is the nearest, but it's a bit further than you specified.
Northern is out of your reach, but in any case Saturdays are strike days.
