Station team leader

Recently seen a station team leader role advertised with Southern Rail, was just wondering about how long I could expect to be on the training salary as this is a big drop from both my current salary and the full salary of the role. Also I see that it says plus regional and Sundays how much of a difference does this make to the overall salary? Thank you in advance

Hi there i once filled a similar role with GTR, for me it was just the first month on training salary then onto full. With the regional allowance it's roughly around the 2.5k and If you do your rostered Sundays I'd say roughly around another 6-10k yearly. So ad roughly about 8-12k on your salary with those 2 allowances.
