Whilst travelling on the Styal line today (Manchester Airport - Piccadilly) I noticed that the stations have had TPE branded "S Car Stop" markers installed for the Pennine 185's
The one below is seen at Gatley on Platform 2 (Airport bound) and is located as the extreme end of the platform, there is another "S Car Stop" that's always been there and still been used by Northern services at the top of the entry/exit ramp onto the platform.
Do we happen to know why these have been added into the platforms along the line, and why have Transpennine Express added their branding to the stop board
