Station/Platform working books

Over the last 20 years or so I have built up a collection of station working books that show the arrival and departure and platforming of passenger and parcel trains at the country's major stations mainly pre-privatisation. However, except for the London stations they dont seem to have been used by Southern Region and I've never seen copies for stations such as Norwich, Swansea, London Marylebone, Bradford's stations or for Scotland expect for Edinburgh.

Does anyone know what the policy was in producing such books and is there a definitive list of the stations that issued them anywhere?

Can only comment for the SR.

All I have ever seen were the Carriage Working Notices which were by Division or earlier District and didn't include platforming. I suspect everything else was done locally.

Only just noticed this thread! I've a copy of the "York Station Departure Book". It is split into various sections - Sundays only Sept 1997-Jan 1998 and Jan-May 1998, Mon-Fridays Sept 97-May 98 and Sats Oct 97-May 98. No publisher given, possibly Railtrack? Bought for a pound from the VCT shop at Ingrow a few years ago.
