Station manager details - Hastings.

I want to write a letter to the station (or area) manager for Hastings station but cannot seem to find this information anywhere.
Both Southern and Southeastern run trains from here and I did not know if the station shares a manager for both stations or whether I have to write two seperate letters?
The problem that I have concerns their ticket staff at Hastings and I don't know who they actually work for.

According to National Rail (http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations/hgs/details.html), Hastings is managed by Southeastern.
