The Grade II Listed 1848 Station House in Penmaenmawr LL34 6AT was sold at auction in 2013 in a dilapidated state. The property has been carefully renovated over the last 4 years including new roof, re-wire, central heating, insulation etc.

The property goes to auction 18th May 2017 with Auction House North West.

Also, Betchworth, Surrey, which has been on the market for several months. Currently used as offices and nothing to do with the railway.
