Hi All,
Ive tried a search with no luck, so apologies if this has already been covered.
Been looking at the job of Duty Station Manager at Banbury (Chiltern Railway). i'm coming from a non-railway background so have a few questions.
1) Salary is advertised at quite a bit lower then I currently earn. Just wondering if there are additional payments made (Shift allowance/Overtime) which bump up the Salary.
2) What's it like to work at Banbury?
3) What's the reality of a Duty Manager Job, I know there is a description on the job advert. But looking for the reality
