All railway stations in Great Britain have three letter alpha codes. Therefore, the objective of this quiz is to guess the stations code.
The rules are as follows:-
1) The code must be from a railway station in Great Britain.
This extract from the rules of the quiz must be adhered by contestants, if only to preserve my sanity when a mysterious code is posted that does not meet the rules of this quiz.
RTY is the 3-letter code for the ferry terminal at Rothesay on the Isle of Bute, which has never had an arcane railway station, let alone a current railway station.
Just to show how deep my researches went into this matter, I did find information on Rothesay railway station, but this is on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean in Newfoundland.

Unfortunately, I have deemed the code of RTY to be null and void.
