I doubt this fact very much indeed. They might have been thinking of having a station there in the "Railway Mania" period of 1838, but it took them 100 years to make up their minds to do so......as the station did not open until 29th May 1938!!!

England, Scotland & Wales stations are allowed....However having looked at the rules it does not say if heritage railways in Great Britain are allowed and people have already mentioned using stations but no-one has done this so far.

Does this old posting help ? .... Rocester station closed in 1965.......46 years ago, so I should not think that was a valid posting.
